Warranty Policy
Every M Brothers Leather product is covered against defects in stitching and hardware.
Coverage
Stitching and hardware (zippers, buckles, rivets) are covered for 1 year unless stated otherwise on the product page.
If a seam opens or a zipper or buckle fails in normal use, we repair or replace it free of charge.
Not covered
Cuts, burns, soaking in water, chemical stains or repairs done elsewhere.
Natural changes such as creasing, colour deepening and patina — these are signs of genuine leather.
Claiming warranty
Message us on WhatsApp or call 01609-981798 with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Repairs are usually completed within 5–10 working days.
