7-day replacement

Report any manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement, subject to stock.

The product must be unused, with its original box, tags and invoice.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Cash on delivery orders are refunded via bKash or bank transfer.

Personalised or logo-embossed items, corporate bulk orders and items damaged by misuse cannot be returned.
